Attics, crawl spaces and garages
Deer mice and field mice are the most common mice in the area. Desert rats, wood rats and pack rats move into attics, crawl spaces and garages. Mice stay active all year.

G&R is locally owned and operated in Reno. The office phones each customer to set the appointment time, so you know when a technician is coming instead of waiting on a window.

One visit, or a program.
No contract is required. Custom programs are priced at a discount compared with one-time service. Call for current pricing.
- One-time
- A single treatment for a problem you want handled now.
- Monthly
- A recurring custom program for your home or business.
- Bi-monthly
- Every other month, discounted against one-time service.
- Quarterly
- G&R suggests at least 3–4 visits a year; mice stay active all year.
Winter treatments are interior only because of snow and freezing. A complete treatment, inside and outside, creates a better barrier.

The garage door sweep: a mouse's worst nightmare.
To a mouse, a warm garage is a five-star hotel, and the small gaps around the door are the way in. A sweep seals the bottom edge. Call for a free quote on installing one.
